Sin darnos cuenta hemos entrado de lleno en el veranito y fue el martes pasado en un entreno largo de bici cuando realmente me di cuenta del sofocante calor de 33 \u00baC, que se reproduc\u00eda como si te apuntaran con un secador de aire caliente directamente en la cara. A ello sumamos que la piscina de 50 m del club es descubierta y el agua est\u00e1 m\u00e1s caliente de lo normal. Hacer el entreno de carrera a pie es toda una aventura, lo mejor es salir bien pronto para tenerlo listo antes de las 8h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfY todo esto como nos afecta? Ante todo tener claro que afecta directamente a nuestro rendimiento y debemos modificar los ritmos de entrenamiento habituales. Pero tambi\u00e9n debemos aplicar correcciones en la duraci\u00f3n de los entrenamientos y contar con m\u00e1s descanso de lo habitual, entre sesiones y el total de la semana.\u00a0En este post opino sobre c\u00f3mo afecta el calor en la nataci\u00f3n. Durante los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas colgar\u00e9 la parte de ciclismo y correr.<\/p>\n<h3>NATACI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s comprobar la lectura de temperatura del agua cuando lleguemos a la piscina. En principio si la piscina es cubierta no deber\u00edamos tener problemas, pero si se encuentra dentro de un recinto con poca ventilaci\u00f3n o cristaleras hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Hay gente que tira mucho de la alternativa de entrenamientos en el mar si es que tenemos esa suerte , pero ojito porque el mar no es un sustituto de los entrenamientos de calidad. Algunas personas cometen el error de trasladar demasiados entrenos al mar por lo que dejan de entrenar las series cronometradas a distancia conocida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En piscina, afectar\u00e1 principalmente en series r\u00e1pidas porque son las que m\u00e1s inciden en la frecuencia card\u00edaca. Aqu\u00ed cada uno debe hacer sus correcciones y aprovechar los entrenamientos a horas de menos calor para realizar el trabajo intenso, dejando series m\u00e1s largas para los momentos de m\u00e1s calor si hay que elegir. Por otro lado, recomiendo aumentar los descansos programados en un 25%. Tambi\u00e9n podemos aprovechar y trabajar m\u00e1s la t\u00e9cnica o pies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo la FETRI tiene en cuenta el efecto del calor en el agua, seria la temperatura donde el neopreno se proh\u00edbe. Efectivamente, no s\u00f3lo se realizan modificaciones en invierno, sino que en verano tambi\u00e9n por este motivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-2017-06-17-a-las-19.05.04.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2769\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2769 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-2017-06-17-a-las-19.05.04-300x211.jpg\" alt=\"Captura de pantalla 2017-06-17 a las 19.05.04\" width=\"415\" height=\"292\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Extra\u00eddo del reglamento de competiciones de la FETRI 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, a partir de 31 \u00baC la distancia de la prueba tambi\u00e9n queda reducida, hasta que por encima de 32 \u00baC se cancelar\u00eda el sector de nataci\u00f3n. Personalmente creo que este l\u00edmite es muy reducido porque en un margen tan \u00ednfimo de 1\u00baC se contempla reducci\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n. A partir de 29 \u00baC ya nos podemos llevar un buen globo en el agua y se requiere hidrataci\u00f3n (nota para entrenos en el mar). El agua tiene la particularidad que no permite apreciar realmente el sudor, que es muy notorio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-2017-06-17-a-las-19.05.11.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2770\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2770 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Captura-de-pantalla-2017-06-17-a-las-19.05.11-300x93.jpg\" alt=\"Captura de pantalla 2017-06-17 a las 19.05.11\" width=\"648\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los peligros que entra\u00f1an las altas temperaturas qued\u00f3 patente en el Mundial de aguas abiertas del 2011 en Shanghai donde varios nadadores quedaron afectados.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/bd5a83dd3702bf2bd8d52bd0cb4c02133dc2fcea.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2771\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2771 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/bd5a83dd3702bf2bd8d52bd0cb4c02133dc2fcea-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"bd5a83dd3702bf2bd8d52bd0cb4c02133dc2fcea\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/noticias\/2011\/07\/110723_shangai_aguas_abiertas_natacion_temperatura_caliente_jrg.shtml\">LINK A LA NOT\u00cdCIA DE SHANGHAI<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, unas recomendaciones si tienes pensado nadar en el mar con calor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">NUNCA nades solo, esto es para cualquier temperatura. Si no hay nadie m\u00e1s, ves a la piscina.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avisad a alguien que ten\u00e9is pensado nadar en el mar, ruta aproximada y tiempo estimado para la vuelta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lleva una boya si tienes poco nivel o bien si eres avanzado y nadar\u00e1s m\u00e1s de 30min, nunca se sabe cuando har\u00e1 falta usarla. Va bien para descansar y para ser visto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entrena duro pero controlado!
