LA PREPARACI\u00d3N: ELEMENTO CLAVE<\/h3>\n<p>Uno de los secretos hacia el \u00e9xito, radica en la estrategia previa. El entrenamiento debe ser el momento en el cual ejecutamos las tareas pensadas con anterioridad.<\/p>\n<p>Con la preparaci\u00f3n nos referimos al material de entrenamiento, la compra, cocinar con antelaci\u00f3n y establecer unas rutinas para ello.<\/p>\n<h4>EL MATERIAL DE ENTRENAMIENTO<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/material-triatlon-2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5534 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/material-triatlon-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" \/><\/a>Un buen truco es disponer de una mochila o bolsa para cada actividad primaria. Siempre la misma para nadar, otra con el material de correr, otra con el de ciclismo, una cuarta con material del trabajo y una quinta con un kit de ropa limpia.<\/p>\n<p>Se pueden crear tantos packs como se requieran y el sistema es simple: ten preparadas esas bolsas en todo momento. En el momento de salir de casa, agarra todas las actividades del d\u00eda que vayas a realizar. Si puedes cocinar men\u00fas el domingo por la tarde y dosificarlos en \u00abtuppers\u00bb, ganar\u00e1s mucho tiempo en momentos clave.<\/p>\n<h3>2. GESTI\u00d3N DEL TIEMPO<\/h3>\n<p>Con el \u00abtime management\u00bb nos referimos a toda nuestra vida puesta en el calendario: entrenos, trabajo, familia, compromisos, traslados y ocio. Las 24h del d\u00eda a veces se quedan cortas si nos vamos por las ramas!<\/p>\n<p>Haz el ejercicio de cuantificar las tareas y asigna prioridades. Establece l\u00edmites de tiempo y prueba a ver qu\u00e9 suceder\u00eda si cambias el orden de los sucesos.<\/p>\n<p>Tampoco es necesario ser muy radical y cortar de golpe cuando estamos en tiempo social, pero quiz\u00e1s con anterioridad s\u00ed que deber\u00edamos plantear cu\u00e1nto tiempo queremos dedicar a cotillear en las redes, al ocio y tambi\u00e9n a los compromisos. A veces el trabajo absorbe m\u00e1s de lo necesario y es simplemente por falta de objetivos en la l\u00ednea del tiempo.<\/p>\n<h3>3. MADRUGA Y DESCANSA<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/material-triatlon-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5536\" src=\"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/material-triatlon-4-300x295.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"295\" \/><\/a>Madruga y vencer\u00e1s! O era divide&#8230; ambos son buenos consejos \ud83d\ude42 Por las ma\u00f1anas se pueden rascar muchos minutos. Aunque s\u00f3lo sea 1h, puedes quitarte de encima un entreno corto o una tarea dom\u00e9stica que ibas a realizar por la tarde, con el cansancio del d\u00eda. Ello implica ir a dormir antes de las 22h.<\/p>\n<p>La parte complicada viene despu\u00e9s de un largo d\u00eda de obligaciones, nos gusta relajarnos viendo la serie favorita, usar el tel\u00e9fono o simplemente disfrutar de nuestro espacio. Ojo con alargar este momento en exceso, es el punto de inflexi\u00f3n que nos puede restar un descanso necesario y arrancar con malas sensaciones la pr\u00f3xima ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>Es un gran esfuerzo prescindir de ese tiempo, pero cuando veas la diferencia de irte a dormir a las 0:00-1:00h o a las 21:30-22:00h, seguramente te convence el cambio. Adem\u00e1s, ganar\u00e1s en calidad de vida al d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n<h3>CONCLUSIONES<\/h3>\n<p>Si despu\u00e9s de leer esto, eres esc\u00e9ptico y dudas que algunos consejos se puedan adaptar a tu estilo de vida, al menos int\u00e9ntalo. Regresa al consejo de listar tus tareas semanales y ordenarlas por prioridades, plant\u00e9ate si puedes reducir el tiempo de dedicaci\u00f3n a las m\u00e1s prescindibles.
