{"id":2211,"date":"2022-05-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/la-cadencia-ideal-en-triatlon\/"},"modified":"2026-07-07T07:48:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T05:48:17","slug":"la-cadencia-ideal-en-triatlon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dydserveis.net\/oriol\/la-cadencia-ideal-en-triatlon\/","title":{"rendered":"La cadencia ideal en triatl\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Medir la potencia en ciclismo o triatl\u00f3n se ha convertido en un indispensable para el entrenamiento, pero a veces nos olvidamos de una parte importante de la ecuaci\u00f3n, como es la cadencia recomendada para cada tipo de esfuerzo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda como entrenador, lo primero que me fijo en un deportista es su manera de mover las bielas: a nivel de cadencia y tambi\u00e9n a nivel de estabilidad de cadera. Existe una relaci\u00f3n muy directa entre el estado de forma y la capacidad de sostener una cadencia elevada, otra cosa es la aplicaci\u00f3n de esa capacidad seg\u00fan la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h1>RECORDATORIO: UN POCO DE F\u00cdSICA<\/h1>\n<p>Aprovecharemos un art\u00edculo previo que encontrar\u00e9is en mi web, llamado \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oriolgili.com\/2019\/07\/21\/potencia-y-analisis-de-cuadrantes\/\">Los cuadrantes de fuerza en la bicicleta<\/a>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>La parte m\u00e1s interesante del articulo es la f\u00f3rmula de la potencia [W], siendo igual a M \u00b7 w. Momento por velocidad angular, o tambi\u00e9n llamado Torque por velocidad angular.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El momento [Newtons \u00b7 metro] significa nuestra capacidad de aplicar fuerza sobre la biela, seg\u00fan el punto de rotaci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta, el eje de pedalier. La fuerza la tratamos como un vector y la distancia es fijo, en mi caso que llevo bielas de 155mm, ser\u00e1 0,155 metros.<\/li>\n<li>La velocidad angular nos interesa que est\u00e9 en RPM, revoluciones por minuto. Aunque en la f\u00edsica la medida del sistema m\u00e9trico son radianes\/segundo. Realizando las conversiones oportunas realizamos el cambio de unidades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Os aconsejo leer el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oriolgili.com\/2019\/07\/21\/potencia-y-analisis-de-cuadrantes\/\">art\u00edculo<\/a> para averiguar si unas bielas m\u00e1s largas nos pueden ayudar a generar m\u00e1s potencia o bien si este echo es independiente \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Dicho esto, nos quedan dos posibilidades para generar m\u00e1s potencia sobre la bicicleta: aplicar m\u00e1s fuerza sobre los pedales (musculatura eficiente) o bien girar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido las bielas. Obviamente podemos trabajar las dos partes, y debemos, pero&#8230; si quiero hacer mejorar r\u00e1pido a un deportista a corto plazo s\u00e9 que lo tengo mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil si insistimos en el trabajo de cadencia en primer lugar.<\/p>\n<p>En el largo plazo un programa estructurado de fuerza de hierros, combinado con sesiones espec\u00edficas de fuerza sobre la bicicleta colaborar\u00e1n muy positivamente en el proceso.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe title=\"Cadencia 1\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/44SXEL8YtHc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h1>KPI&#8217;S: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS<\/h1>\n<p>Lo que viene a ser los indicadores de rendimiento. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 me tengo que fijar para saber si estoy mejorando?<\/p>\n<p>O bien \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 me tengo que fijar para saber el nivel de un deportista?<\/p>\n<p>Dejando de lado el \u00abgold est\u00e1ndar\u00bb que ser\u00eda una prueba de consumo de ox\u00edgeno cruzada con muestras de lactato y el comportamiento de la frecuencia card\u00edaca, en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda, los indicadores m\u00e1s importantes pueden ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Histograma de potencias anual.<\/li>\n<li>Histograma de cadencias anual.<\/li>\n<li>Histograma de cadencias por nivel de potencias.<\/li>\n<li>Curva de cadencia seg\u00fan la curva de potencias MMP.<\/li>\n<li>Curvas de potencia por etapas de cadencias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El estudio de estos indicadores, nos puede dar pistas como por ejemplo deportistas con una curva de potencias demasiado plana (monocadencia). O bien deportistas que atacan altas intensidades con cadencias bajas y queman el m\u00fasculo r\u00e1pidamente.
