La primera carencia que veo siempre como entrenador es la falta de intensidades de nado, debido al desconocimiento del factor \u00abfrecuencia de nado\u00bb o cadencia de brazos, adem\u00e1s de tema de flotabilidad y posicionamiento que tambi\u00e9n se trabajan durante entrenamientos presenciales.<\/p>\n<p>La frecuencia de nado tiene una soluci\u00f3n relativamente f\u00e1cil, el siguiente paso ser\u00e1 trabajar correctamente nuestras repeticiones a distintos niveles de intensidad.
