JOOST - KONA WORLDS 8:58h
Entrepreneur · Father of two
Joost is an entrepreneur and father of two daughters. And he still found a way to cross the finish line in Kona. Most people use a busy life as a reason not to compete at the highest level. Joost used it as the brief.
silvia - IM 70.3 WORLDS TAUPO - WORLDS LAHTI - WORLDS SAMORIN
CEO · Started Triathlon at 40 and qualified for im 70.3 worlds
Silvia realized her lifestyle had become sedentary. So she decided to do something about it — and contacted Oriol. A few years later, she stood on the start line of the 70.3 World Championship in Taupo. Then she went further and completed her first full-distance Ironman. Some people start. Some people go all the way. Silvia did both.
THOMAS - ZARAUZKO TRIATLOIA
ENGINEER · COMPETING ON THE WORLD’S MOST ICONIC COURSES
Thomas joined through a recommendation and never looked back. Since then, the results came fast — personal best after personal best — but that’s not the story. What stands out is how he approached training: consistency over perfection. Travel, work, low-energy days — training adapted, momentum stayed. Progress became sustainable. The performance followed. The best athletes aren’t always the ones who never miss. Sometimes they’re the ones who keep showing up. Thomas did.
TOMÁS - PATAGONMAN
CONSULTING DIRECTOR · THE VOICE OF EXPERIENCE
Tomás lives consulting life—super intensive days, nonstop travel, and a calendar that can shift overnight. One day he’s in Madrid, the next in Arabia, then on the road again—sometimes even abroad while also competing in Belgium or chasing the cycling classics back home. Despite that rhythm, he stays focused on what matters: showing up, doing the work, and turning a chaotic agenda into real performance. That’s what makes Tomás stand out.
LAURA - IRONMAN 70.3 BAHRAIN PODIUM
MBA STUDENT · MAKING TIME FOR BIG GOALS
Laura spent years building an international career in Amsterdam while refusing to put sport on hold. Work, travel, training, racing — somehow she made room for all of it. She proved that high performance doesn’t require putting life on pause. From racing around the world to stepping onto the podium at Ironman 70.3 Bahrain and competing at the 70.3 World Championship in Marbella, she kept showing that consistency beats having more time. Some people wait for the perfect moment. Laura built results in the middle of a full life.

🌟 100% recomendable! 🌟
